Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use only accounts you control. Users under 13 may not operate a normal public profile. Users ages 13–17 must follow Protected Minor Profile requirements and any required guardian-consent process.
First-hand Vouches
You may Vouch only from your own direct experience. Do not submit hearsay, impersonate another person, create duplicate accounts, manipulate scores, coordinate rating attacks, or rate yourself or an entity you own or control. One active Vouch per member and entity is the normal limit; prior versions remain auditable.
Scores and Props
Voucho Scores are structured reputation signals, not guarantees of character, quality, safety, employment fitness, housing fitness, creditworthiness, or future performance. Props are optional digital recognition gifts purchased through Apple. Props never affect scores, ranking, verification, reviewer credibility, or moderation.
Safety and moderation
Voucho may hold, exclude, hide, restore, or remove ratings and profiles; restrict accounts; request verification; and preserve relevant evidence when needed to investigate abuse or protect users. Automated systems may recommend action, but high-impact decisions remain reviewable. Appeals are available for meaningful moderation decisions.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use Voucho for harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, stalking, discrimination, fraud, coordinated manipulation, unlawful content, sexualized interaction with minors, or attempts to discover private safety systems. Do not use Voucho as a consumer report for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or another eligibility decision.
Profile claims and factual information
A matching name alone does not prove ownership. Claims, merges, verification, disputes, and impersonation reports may require contextual evidence and human review. Claiming a profile does not erase legitimate rating history or permit direct editing of a Voucho Score.
