Delete your account
In the iPhone app, open Me → Settings → Delete Voucho account. Type DELETE to schedule full deletion with a seven-day cancellation window. If you cannot sign in, email support@voucho.io from the email associated with your login provider. We will verify account control before processing the request.
Facebook data deletion
If you used Facebook Login, removing Voucho from Facebook does not prevent you from also requesting deletion here. Include “Facebook Login deletion” in the subject. Never send your Facebook password, access token, or identity document by ordinary email.
Profile hiding and minors
Account deletion and public-profile removal are separate because an unclaimed profile or legitimate Vouch history may exist independently of an account. A protected minor or verified guardian may request immediate search removal, public-link disablement, profile hiding, and deletion review.
What may remain
We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, safety, moderation, appeal, and immutable audit records when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users and platform integrity. Retained records are restricted and are not used to recreate a deleted public profile.
