Vouch only when you were there
Use your own direct experience and select the relationship and recency that honestly describe it. A low score is allowed; revenge, rumor, coordinated attacks, and score trading are not.
Protect people, especially minors
Never expose a home address, school, private contact detail, identity document, or safety-sensitive location. Do not create an unclaimed public minor profile. Report a minor safety concern immediately; protected profiles can be hidden while staff review it.
No manipulation
Do not create fake accounts, bots, rating rings, reciprocal perfect-score campaigns, duplicate profiles, fraudulent claims, or paid rating activity. Props are positive-only gifts and cannot be used to harass or influence reputation.
Report, block, and appeal
Use Voucho’s report and block controls for harassment, impersonation, false profiles, coordinated attacks, doxxing, or threats. Meaningful moderation actions include a neutral reason and an appeal path. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services first.
Support coverage
Routine human moderation is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern. Sufficient independent flags can temporarily hide a profile pending the next staffed review. Deterministic safety holds remain active outside those hours. Contact support@voucho.io.
